Planning Manager
Plan material for every pressure-vessel and fabrication order – BOM, budget, ordering sequence and plate nesting.
What you will do
- Prepare order BOMs and check stock first
- Set and track procurement budgets
- Plan the ordering sequence against drawing approvals
- Plate nesting and cutting layouts
- Track shortages and surpluses
- Record and track your work daily in our in-house ERP
Education and experience
- BE / Diploma Mechanical
- 6+ years in material planning in heavy fabrication
Skills and knowledge
- Material planning
- Plate nesting
- Steel grades
- Advanced Excel
- Working in an ERP system
