Alok Equipments is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every piece of equipment is designed to the code it is ordered to, built from traceable material, and tested and released under third-party inspection before it leaves our units in Pune.

MaterialMill-certified plate, pipe and forgings from approved vendors, with full heat-number traceability.
WeldingWelding procedures (WPS/PQR) and filler control qualified for each material group, from stainless to titanium and Hastelloy.
TestingNDT, radiography, PMI, hydro test and FAT as the code and the customer require, witnessed by third-party inspection.
FinishingPickling and passivation for stainless steels and alloys, and surface finish to the duty, including pharma grade.

- Quality assurance plan (QAP), agreed before fabrication starts
- Design calculations and fabrication drawings, approved before we cut steel
