QC Head
Lead QA/QC for ASME pressure vessels and heat exchangers across our units.
What you will do
- QAPs and Hold / Witness points with clients
- Approve WPS, PQR, WPQ and weld / NDE plans
- Plan third-party inspections
- NCR disposition and pressure-test clearance
- Final inspection and dispatch release
- Host client and TPI audits
- Record and track your work daily in our in-house ERP
Education and experience
- BE Mechanical
- 10+ years in QA/QC of pressure vessels / heat exchangers
Skills and knowledge
- ASME Sec. VIII, IX, V
- NDT Level II / III
- Welding qualification
- Audit handling
- Working in an ERP system
