QC
Own quality on fabricated and machined components made to customer drawings.
What you will do
- Maintain the line's quality plan
- Inspect fabricated items – material, fit-up, weld, dimensional
- Inspect machined parts with precision instruments (GD&T)
- Raise and close NCRs
- Support customer quality audits
- Compile dossiers and certificates for every dispatch
- Record and track your work daily in our in-house ERP
Education and experience
- BE / Diploma Mechanical
- 4+ years of QC in fabrication, with machining inspection exposure
Skills and knowledge
- GD&T and precision measuring instruments
- Weld inspection
- Quality documentation
- Audit readiness
- Working in an ERP system
