Sr Admin
Run administration, statutory compliance and general procurement for a multi-unit engineering manufacturer, and lead its ISO 9001 system.
What you will do
- Factory licences, MPCB, Fire NOC, Factory Act and labour compliance
- Renewal calendar – licences, insurance, AMCs, vehicles
- Lead ISO 9001:2015 internal audits and SOPs
- General procurement and vendor negotiation
- Facility maintenance, security, housekeeping, canteen
- Lead the admin and HR team
- Record and track your work daily in our in-house ERP
Education and experience
- Any graduate
- 5+ years of factory admin and compliance; ISO 9001 internal audit lead experience
Skills and knowledge
