Pharmaceutical equipment is usually in SS 316L, Hastelloy, or Hastelloy-clad plate for the most corrosive steps. We build to ASME Section VIII Div. 1, with precision surface finishing and the documentation pack your QA team expects: material test certificates, WPS/PQR and test reports as per the approved QAP.
Every vessel is hydro-tested, and radiography, PMI and third-party inspection are carried out as the code and the customer require.
