Alok Equipments builds pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers and process columns for petrochemical and refining plants, designed and built to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and TEMA.
Petrochemical work is typically in stainless, duplex and super duplex steels. It is routinely inspected and released by third-party agencies including DNV, TÜV, Lloyd's Register and Bureau Veritas, working to the specifications of engineering consultants and EPC contractors.
Radiography, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant testing, PMI on alloy materials, and hydrostatic or pneumatic testing are carried out stage by stage, with a full documentation pack at dispatch.
