Alok Equipments builds process equipment for chemical and agrochemical plants: fine chemicals, caustic soda, resins, paints and plastics. Corrosive service is where most of this work lives, so much of it is in Hastelloy, titanium, Alloy 825 and SS 904L as well as standard stainless steel.

For chemical plants we fabricate clad and jacketed reactors with agitators, distillation columns and absorbers, shell and tube heat exchangers and condensers, pressure vessels and storage tanks, to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and TEMA.

Welding procedures, filler control, PMI and pickling and passivation are qualified for each material group, and every vessel is hydro-tested and released under third-party inspection.
