Pressure Vessels
Alok Equipments manufactures custom pressure vessels to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 in stainless steel and exotic alloys, at our units in Pune, India.
We build simple, jacketed, dimple-jacketed and limpet-coiled pressure vessels, vertical or horizontal, with agitators, nozzles and supports to suit the process.
Materials of construction include SS 304, SS 304L, SS 316, SS 316L, SS 310S and SS 904L, as well as Alloy 825, nickel, titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel and duplex stainless steel. Carbon steel vessels can also be supplied.
Our vessels serve as process, storage and hydrogenation vessels in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food, dairy and personal care plants.
Vessels are designed for pressures from full vacuum to 60 kg/cm² (g) and temperatures up to 300 °C, with shells up to 5 m in diameter and 60 mm thick. Every vessel is hydro-tested. Radiography, PMI and third-party inspection are carried out as per the QAP approved by the customer. The documentation pack includes material test certificates, WPS/PQR and test reports as detailed in the QAP.
Recent builds include a 50 KL horizontal limpeted vessel in SS 304L, a hydrogenator in SS 316, and vapour separators in nickel and SS 310S.
