Process & Distillation Columns
Alok Equipments manufactures distillation columns, absorbers, strippers and washing towers to ASME Section VIII, in stainless steel and exotic alloys, in Pune, India.
We build tray and packed columns, with or without internals, shipped in one piece.
Materials include SS 304, SS 316L and Hastelloy C22.
Our columns serve solvent recovery, distillation, gas absorption and CO₂ stripping in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical plants.
Internals (trays, packing supports and distributors) are made in-house. Every column is hydro-tested and inspected before dispatch.
Recent builds include a Ø4000 mm × 25 m washing tower in SS 316L, a 5.5 m diameter CO₂ stripper in SS 316L, an absorber in Hastelloy C22 and distillation columns in SS 304.
