Alok Equipments fabricates heat exchangers, condensers and equipment in cupronickel 90-10 and 70-30, and Monel 400.
Cupronickel is the standard for condensers and coolers running on seawater or cooling water, and Monel for hydrofluoric acid and seawater duties. Recent work includes a Freon condenser and a finned-tube heat exchanger in cupronickel.
Welding procedures and filler control are qualified for each copper alloy, and every exchanger is hydro-tested on the shell side and the tube side.
