Alok Equipments fabricates equipment in commercially pure nickel (Ni 200) and nickel alloys including Alloy 600 and Alloy 625.
Nickel is chosen for caustic soda and other strongly alkaline service, and nickel alloys for high temperature and severe corrosion. Recent work includes heat exchangers and vapour separators in nickel.
Nickel welding procedures, filler control and PMI are qualified separately from stainless steel, and every job is hydro-tested and released with full material traceability.
