Alok Equipments fabricates reactors, columns, heat exchangers and process equipment in Hastelloy C-22, C-276, Alloy 59 and C-2000, solid or as Hastelloy-clad plate.
Hastelloy is chosen for the most aggressive chemical and pharmaceutical duties: mixed acids, chlorides and oxidising media that rule out stainless steel. Recent work includes a 16 KL Hastelloy-clad reactor, reactors in C-276 and C-22, an absorber and columns in C-22, and recovery troughs in C-22.
Exotic-alloy fabrication is our core competence, with welding procedures, filler control, PMI and pickling qualified for Hastelloy.
