Alok Equipments fabricates equipment in super-austenitic grades: Alloy 20, SS 904L, Alloy 825 and 254 SMO, for duties where standard stainless steel is not enough but a nickel alloy would be more than the job needs.
These grades resist chlorides, sulphuric and phosphoric acid far better than SS 316L. Recent work includes heat exchangers and reactors in Alloy 825 and a pre-neutraliser in SS 904L.
Welding procedures and filler metals are qualified for each grade, and alloy material is checked by PMI on receipt and before dispatch.
